- Priority regions include the Richmond MSA, Charlottesville/Albemarle, and Northern Virginia.
- Sites should offer convenient access to schools, regional shopping, employment centers, and essential community services.
Density
- Zoning that permits 4 to 6 single-family detached homes per acre.
- Zoned and un-zoned parcels considered.
- We partner with landowners, local officials, and stakeholders to navigate the entitlement process.
Size
- Minimum of 20 usable acres.
Utilities
- Public water and sanitary sewer availability preferred.
